Ordering and payment
How do I order?
Tick the lines you need and press the order button. The form has two steps: your company first, then billing and payment. The invoice is issued as soon as the order is sent.
What do you ask about my company before payment?
Up to three company names in order of preference, what the company will do, the number of shareholders and whether they are people or companies, the number of directors, when you want to start and the countries the owners live in. The registry decides whether a name is available. We check your choices before filing and come back to you if none is free.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer, in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) or by card. For a transfer, the bank details appear on the payment page of your invoice; for USDT, the amount and the address appear once you choose it.
Is the price final?
Yes. Each price is a flat fee, official fees included, excluding VAT. Visas, the share capital itself, translations requested by a bank and your own travel are not part of the price.
What do I pay from the second year?
Registered office — Level 1 registered address: €1,431 a year. Accounting, returns and audit: €3,051 a year.
What happens after payment?
We verify the identity of the owners and directors and ask for the documents listed for your packages. Once the check is accepted, we prepare and file. Nothing is filed before.

Company formation: what is included, at what price?
Review of the project and choice of the appropriate legal form, company name availability check, drafting of the articles and incorporation documents, filing with the competent registry and delivery of the complete company file: proof of registration, articles and corporate records. €2,312, official fees included, excluding VAT. Time: 3–5 weeks, counted from payment and receipt of complete documents.
Registered office — Level 1 registered address: what is included, at what price?
The official address on the register, the one that appears on your articles and legal documents. Receipt of official mail and administrative notices. This is the legal minimum. €1,431, official fees included, excluding VAT. Then €1,431 a year from the 2nd year. Time: 1–3 weeks, counted from payment and receipt of complete documents.
Bank account opening: what is included, at what price?
Review of your profile and business activity, preparation of the account-opening file and supporting documents, introduction to institutions whose risk appetite matches your profile and handling of their compliance questions; opening remains subject to the bank's acceptance. €2,472, official fees included, excluding VAT. Time: 4–26 weeks, after the company is registered.
Accounting, returns and audit: what is included, at what price?
Bookkeeping and organisation of supporting records, preparation and submission of periodic returns, preparation of the annual accounts, preparation and coordination of the audit where it is mandatory, with responses to requests from the authorities. €3,051, official fees included, excluding VAT. Then €3,051 a year from the 2nd year. Time: 4–12 weeks, counted from receipt of the accounting documents.

What should I know before ordering?
Every Cyprus company files audited accounts each year. Tax residence depends on management and control in Cyprus. Bank account opening is decided by the bank after its own review.
